Job summary

TATA Technologies in Pune seeks an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The role requires strong FI/CO expertise, including GL, AP, AR, AA and integration with MM, SD, PP, PM.

You will analyse business processes, design solutions, configure SAP FI/CO, prepare functional specs, and support testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities.

Experience: 6–8 years, with 12 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Qualifications

• Total Exp: 6-8 years.
• Experience - 510+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 12 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Experience with Business Partner integration and multiple SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Controlling (CO).
• Support period-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare test scenarios and conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Regression Testing.

Job Purpose:

Experience - 510+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 12 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Project - SAP S/4HANA Implementation

An experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

The consultant will be responsible for business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across SAP Finance and Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments, interfaces, repforms, and enhancements.
• Configure and support:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Taxation
• Accounts Closing
• Controlling (CO)
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Configure and work with Business Partner (BP) and Customer/Vendor integration.
• Work on parallel ledgers, currencies, document splitting, and financial reporting.
• Configure and support automatic payment programs, dunning, bank processes, and electronic bank statements.
• Support integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, PM and other SAP modules.
• Configure and support period-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare test scenarios and conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Regression Testing.
