Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS PVT LTD in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our finance tech team. The role requires deep expertise in SAP FICO, SAP HANA and CFIN, with 6 to 8 years of hands-on delivery across multi-location projects and multiple reporting hierarchies.

You will test across environments, contribute to SIT/UAT, and support hyper care incidents while aligning with financial processes. S/4HANA knowledge is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Should have experience of working in multi-location projects and reporting hierarchies.
• Experience with testing in all environments.
• Knowledgeable in financial business processes and testing context.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• S/4HANA certification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of OS patching, system upgrades, SNotes and middleware would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business process requirements and document solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Provide consulting on new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as liaison between business functions and technical teams.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work independently and mentor junior team members.
