Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our ERP testing team and drive SAP FICO testing across multi-location projects. You will validate financial processes in SAP S/4HANA and support SIT/UAT cycles, with emphasis on handover and BAU readiness.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of SAP FICO experience, SAP HANA and CFIN exposure, with strong communication skills. S/4HANA certification is a plus, and familiarity with OS patching and middleware testing is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP FICO testing and multi-location projects.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and financial processes.
• Strong communication in testing cycles (SIT/UAT).
• Certification in S/4HANA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business process requirements and propose system solutions.
• Identify and propose enhancements to business processes or systems.
• Provide consulting on new implementations and support projects.
• Coordinate between business units and technical teams.
• Offer ad-hoc training and end-user support as required.
• Work independently and mentor junior team members.

Role: SAP FICO Consultant

Mandatory Skills :Sap Fico Consultant, Sap Hana, CFIN

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Shift Timings :7:30am to 4:30pm

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation related to Finance is preferred.

Job Description

Should have experience of working in multi-location projects and working in multiple reporting hierarchies
Responsibility of testing in all environments.
Responsibility for completion and documentation of SIT.
Responsibility for successful completion of UAT.
Responsibility for Hyper care incident resolution and BAU transfer experience
Should have knowledge on Financial business processes and able to apply/understand while testing.
Excellent Oral & written communication
S/4 Hana Certification will be added advantage
Knowledge on testing on multiple deployment of OS patching, System Upgrade, SNotes, Middleware would be desired.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should be able to work independently, Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
