Job summary

Si2 Technologies Pvt Ltd in Vadodara is seeking an Associate SAP FICO Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) business processes. You will provide functional support, handle month-end closing, and contribute to testing and documentation.

The role requires understanding of GL, AP, AR, and other SAP FICO components, plus good communication and willingness to learn. On-site position in Vadodara; B.Com/M.Com preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
• Experience as an SAP End User or SAP Support Consultant.
• Understanding of GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP FICO processes and resolve user issues.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities in SAP.
• Assist in testing enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and rollout activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate SAP FICO Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) business processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting and finance operations, good analytical skills, and hands-on experience in SAP support or as an SAP end user. This role involves user support, business analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SAP FICO support, consulting, or end-user roles.
• B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Candidates based in Vadodara or willing to relocate/work from the Vadodara office will be preferred.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in SAP consulting.
