Job summary

CRI Pumps is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant with 3-6 years of experience to support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling processes in Coimbatore. You will work with business users and technical teams for implementation, support, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will handle end-to-end finance processes, assist in month-end/year-end closing, and provide solutions across FI/CO modules and integrations with MM/SD/PP.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation.
• Knowledge of MM/FI and SD/FI integration.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional troubleshooting, and testing (unit/integration/UAT).
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure SAP FI and CO processes in S/4HANA.
• Handle GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders.
• Support vendor and customer accounting and payment processes.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.

Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP FICO Consultant with 3-6 years of experience to support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling processes.

The candidate will work with business users and technical teams for implementation, support, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure SAP FI and CO processes in S/4HANA.
• Work on:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Taxation
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
• Support vendor/customer accounting and payment processes.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support financial postings, document processing, clearing, and reconciliation.
• Work with cost center, profit center and internal order processes.
• Understand integration between FI with MM, SD and PP.
• Analyse business issues and provide functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT support.
• Support production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.

Required Skills:

• 36 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong knowledge of:

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and Fiori applications.
• Understanding of Universal Journal / ACDOCA.
• Exposure to SAP APIs/OData/CDS is an advantage.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• SAP FICO certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should have practical knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, not just individual SAP transactions. They should be capable of understanding business requirements, analysing accounting issues, working with users, and coordinating with ABAP/technical teams for solutions.
