Key responsibilities include providing functional SAP FICO support, assisting in month-end/year-end closings, and coordinating with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP FICO processes and resolve user issues.

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements; gather requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.

• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and rollout activities.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting and finance operations, good analytical skills, and hands‑on experience in SAP support or as an SAP end user. Must-Have Skills

SAP & Finance Knowledge

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
• Experience as an SAP End User or SAP Support Consultant.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP FICO Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation processes such as GST and TDS.
• Experience in finance/accounting operations.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in SAP FICO support, consulting, or end-user roles.
• B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Candidates based in Vadodara or willing to relocate/work from the Vadodara office will be preferred.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in SAP consulting.
