Mployee.me in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to implement and optimize RAR, IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition, and end-to-end financial processes. The role focuses on configuring SAP FICO and RAR modules, ensuring seamless integration with SD and FI-GL, and supporting period-end closes.

You will translate business requirements into robust SAP configurations, participate in UAT, and provide production support across global deployments.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules, including end-to-end business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), including revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
• Experience configuring RAR processes, including POBs, BRF+ rules, contract management, and revenue postings.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP RAR, SD, FI-GL, and upstream billing systems.
• Experience in Record-to-Report, period-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP configuration solutions.
• Experience in integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, and financial data migration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in implementation, enhancements, and global SAP support environments preferred.
