Job summary

Mckinsol Consulting in India seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO within SAP S/4HANA. The role covers GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and CO modules such as CCA, IO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and Margin Analysis.

You will work on Universal Journal-based reporting, SAP Fiori apps, and real-time analytics, ensuring smooth FI/CO integration with MM and SD. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration, implementation, and support.
• Good knowledge of: FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting; CO: CCA, IO, Product Costing, Material Ledger, WIP, CO-PA.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Margin Analysis.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications, financial reporting, and real-time analytics.
• Knowledge of FI/CO integration with SAP MM and SD.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO in SAP S/4HANA.

• Support financial accounting processes, month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Configure and troubleshoot integration between FI/CO and MM and SD modules.
• Support cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, profitability analysis, and variance analysis.
• Work with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SAP Fiori applications, and S/4HANA Finance best practices.
• Participate in business requirement gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial processes.
