Job summary

WILLWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED in Delhi is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our finance team. You will implement and support SAP FI and CO, and ensure seamless integration with other modules.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in SAP FICO, strong R2R and closing experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

You will work on GL, AP, AR, AA, tax, CO-PA, and revenue postings, and participate in testing, data migration, go-live, and post-production support.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in SAP FICO with hands-on FI/CO configuration.
• Experience in end-to-end R2R processes and financial closing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP FI integration with MM and SD.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
• Work on end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial accounting processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Handle GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax, and posting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare functional specs for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Perform testing (unit/integration/UAT) and defect resolution.
• Assist data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
• Interact with business users and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
• Work on end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial accounting processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and support:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Tax
  • Accounts Closing
  • Controlling (CO)
• Work on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Configure organizational structures including Company Code, Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year, Posting Periods, and Document Types.
• Handle automatic account determination, payment processes, clearing, reconciliation, and financial postings.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work on SAP FI integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.
• Analyze and resolve production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and configuration documents.
