Job summary

Mckinsol Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to design, implement, support, and optimize SAP FI/CO solutions in India. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

You will gather requirements, configure FI/CO modules, participate in implementations and migrations, perform testing, and support month-end/year-end closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 714 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules and their integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
• Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and SAP best practices.
