Job summary

PeopleStrong Pte Ltd is seeking an SAP FICO consultant with strong experience in S/4HANA to lead finance and controlling implementations in an ERP context. You will design, configure, and optimize GL/AP/AR/Asset Accounting and COPA, while coordinating data migration and BI interfaces.

The role requires workshop facilitation with business teams and deep knowledge of integration with SD/MM/PP modules, plus hands-on experience with LSMW/LTMC for data migration.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge on Finance and Controlling business processes.
• Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience.
• Proficient in design and configuration of General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and COPA.
• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules and interfaces like ALE/IDOCS.
• Extensive SAP experience including at least 2 end-to-end projects in S/4HANA.
• Ability to perform FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with business and Process Architects.
• Muat data migration in FICO with LSMW/LTMC exposure.
• Bank interfaces knowledge and integration with SD/MM/PP modules.

Job Description

• Must have knowledge on Finance and Controlling business processes.
• Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience.
• Proficient in design and configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Element, Profit centre, Internal Order, COPA etc.
• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules
• Good exposure on interface ALE, IDOCs, etc.
• Extensive demonstrable SAP experience including at least 2 full end-to end project lifecycles in S4 HANA.
• Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with business and Process Architects.
• Customization experience of SAP FICO Solution and understanding of core data structures and data flows.
• Must have worked on data migration in FICO module with knowledge on data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC etc.
• Strong knowledge in working with Bank interfaces - Outbound payment files and incoming bank statements
• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules - SD, MM and PP.
• Good Knowledge on FICO FIORI application.
