Job summary

Vilas Transcore Limited seeks a detail-oriented SAP Executive to manage and support SAP operations across our manufacturing processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP PP, MM, SD, and QM, and be capable of configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP processes to ensure smooth operations.

Reports to Operations Manager. Responsibilities include daily SAP operations in manufacturing, procurement, inventory and production planning; configure and maintain SAP modules

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on SAP experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PP, MM, SD, QM modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily SAP operations in manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and production planning.
• Configure and maintain SAP modules - SAP BUSINESS ONE.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance departments to understand business needs and deliver SAP solutions.
• Provide first-line support and resolve SAP-related user issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and integration projects.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with SAP Basis or external consultants for technical issues.
• Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and change logs.
• Train end-users on SAP functionalities and updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize processes using SAP.
