Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant (S/4HANA) to lead end-to-end implementations. The candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP EWM on S/4HANA, with strong functional and configuration knowledge of warehouse processes and integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, involvement in multiple end-to-end projects, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP EWM on S/4HANA implementations
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse processes
• Experience with Embedded and/or Decentralized EWM scénarios
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM
• Proven ability to design and optimize warehouse operations and support testing activities

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA across blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, and go-live phases
• Configure and customize SAP EWM processes including inbound/outbound, putaway/picking, storage types, and warehouse structure
• Manage integration with SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, TM)
• Work on Embedded and/or Decentralized EWM scenarios
• Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and post-go-live stabilization
• Coordinate with ABAP team for enhancements and master data setup

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong handson expertise in SAP EWM on S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and configuration knowledge of warehouse processes, endtoend implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA, including Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, and GoLive.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM processes such as:
• Inbound & Outbound Processing
• Putaway & Picking strategies
• Storage Types, Storage Sections, and Warehouse Structure
• Warehouse Orders, Waves, and Yard Management (if applicable)
• Manage integration with SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Work on Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM scenarios.
• Design and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support EWM Master Data setup (Products, Packaging Specs, HU, Work Centers, Resources).
• Handle IDocs, RF Framework, LABOR MANAGEMENT, and MFS (if applicable).
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with the ABAP team for enhancements.
• Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and defect resolution.
• Provide postgolive support and stabilization.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of handson experience in SAP EWM, with strong exposure to S/4HANA.
• Minimum 2 endtoend implementation projects in SAP EWM on S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inbound / Outbound logistics
• Warehouse Layout & Process Optimization
• Handling Units (HU), RF Transactions
• Experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM is mandatory.
• Good understanding of warehouse business processes and logistics best practices.
