Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have completed at least two end-to-end S/4HANA EWM implementations and one support engagement, demonstrating deep functional and integration expertise in warehouse processes.

The role involves leading end-to-end SAP EWM projects, configuring inbound/outbound processes, and integrating EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized).
• 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA EWM implementations and 1 support project.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with RF Framework and WOCR.
• Experience integrating EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Good Master Data understanding (Storage Bins, Handling Units).
• Ability to lead discussions and communicate effectively.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects, incl. requirements, design, config, testing, go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map warehouse operations to SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM processes: Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Inventory, Slotting, Labor Management.
• Integrate EWM with MM, SD, PP, TM within S/4HANA.
• Conduct testing, create test scripts, support UAT and user training.
• Provide post-implementation and production support for SAP EWM.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand warehouse operations and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM processes such as Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Movements, Physical Inventory, Slotting & Rearrangement, and Labor Management.
• Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules within S/4HANA.
• Conduct system testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT and user training.
• Provide post-implementation and production support for SAP EWM solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, developments (ABAP objects), and performance optimization.
• Prepare and maintain detailed functional documentation and solution designs.
• Stay updated on S/4HANA EWM innovations and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of overall experience in SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized).
• 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA EWM and 1 support project experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes inbound, outbound, cross-docking, picking, packing, replenishment, and physical inventory.
• Hands-on experience in RF Framework, Resource Management, and Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR).
• Experience with integration of EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Good understanding of Master Data (Storage Bins, Handling Units, Packaging Specifications).
• Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP EWM Certification (nice to have).
• Exposure to Automation and MFS (Material Flow System) integration.
• Experience with Fiori apps for warehouse management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management tools.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
