Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE is seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join our S/4HANA practice and lead warehouse management projects.

You will have deep knowledge of WM processes, MM/SD/PP integration, and hands-on implementation experience across full project lifecycles. The role emphasizes functional design, testing, data migration support, and user training in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation and support.
• 2+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield).
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, storage unit management, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and physical inventory.
• Experience integrating WM with MM, SD, and PP.
• Good knowledge of RF transactions, handling units, batch management, and inventory management.
• Exposure to EWM concepts or migration from WM to EWM is a plus.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• SAP WM certification or S/4HANA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP WM in S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and design scalable WM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP WM to meet client-specific warehouse and logistics requirements.
• Integrate WM with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules for seamless operations.
• Design and execute testing scenarios (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support data migration activities.
• Provide post go-live support, resolve production issues, and optimize WM operations.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Collaborate with technical teams, key users, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct end-user training and create user manuals and process documentation.
• Stay current with new SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM functionalities and recommend improvements.

Exposure to automated warehouse systems or barcode/RFID integrations.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
