Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a SAP EHS Senior Functional Consultant for AMS support, enhancements and rollouts. The role demands 5+ years of experience in EHS, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP EHS modules including GLM and Product Compliance. Hybrid work mode with multiple city locations in India.

The candidate will drive end-to-end EHS process improvements, align with global regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust EHS solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EHS with regulatory knowledge across GHS/REACH/OSHA, etc.
• Proven ability to manage rollouts and AMS support for EHS processes.
• Strong documentation, test strategy, and specification drafting.
• Good cross-team collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP EHS functional support for AMS, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Implement Global Label Management, Specification Management, and related EHS processes.
• Configure GLM, barcode/printer settings, and template changes within SAP.
• Create and refine functional specs, technical specs, test strategies, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements across EHS workflows.

Job Description

SAP - EHS

• 2 to 3 years’ Experience. At least three rollout or AMS experiences.
• Extensive Experience providing Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Substance Volume Tracking, Report Management, Report Shipping, Global Label Management, Specification Management, WWI Report Management, Bill of Material Transfer, Hazardous Substance Management.
• Regulatory experience in GHS, OSHA, EPA, REACH, UK REACH, TSCA, TSCA 12(b), CFR, ADR, IATA, and IMDG.
• Experience in creating Functional Specification, assist in preparing Technical Specification Document, Test Strategy, End to End Testing.
• Experience working on WWI Template enhancements, fix existing issues, understand new requirements and Implement changes in Templates at code level along with GLM expertise.
• Experience with GLM configuration, bar code, printer configuration.
• Experience with the specification database and property tree.
• Experience with EHS report symbols.
• Experience with generation of an MSDS/Label and MSDS/Label templates.
• Strong knowledge of labelling and EHS business processes, GHS Classifications.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Product Compliance, Product Marketability and Chemical Compliance.
• Proposing & Implementing improvements across EHS Processes.
• Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal, Effective communication, and presentation skills.
