Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata seeks an experienced SAP ECM/OpenText specialist to lead enterprise content management implementations and provide ongoing support. You will work on SAP OpenText Extended ECM, OpenText Content Server, SAP ArchiveLink and DMS/VIM integrations, coordinating with SAP MM/PM/FI/EHS/S-4HANA teams to deliver solutions that meet quality and compliance standards.

This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, plus the ability to document

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP ECM/OpenText Enterprise Content Management implementations and support.
• At least one end-to-end SAP ECM/OpenText implementation project.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText Extended ECM.
• Experience with OpenText Content Server, SAP ArchiveLink, SAP DMS, VIM.
• Experience integrating ECM with SAP modules (MM, PM, FI, EHS, S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of workflow configuration, metadata management, and search capabilities.
• Experience with authorization concepts, audit requirements, and compliance controls.
• Ability to prepare and review technical specifications, solution design documents, test scripts, user guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in document lifecycle management including:

• Document creation
• Classification
• Version control
• Approval workflows
• Archiving and retention policies

Experience integrating ECM solutions with SAP business processes and modules such as:

• SAP MM
• SAP PM
• SAP FI
• SAP EHS
• SAP S/4HANA

Knowledge of workflow configuration, document indexing, metadata management, and search capabilities.

Experience working with authorization concepts, audit requirements, and compliance controls for document repositories.
