As a SAP - EC Core (Joule) - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their human resources processes. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their strategic objectives by enhancing talent management and operational efficiency.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, using your skills to deliver quality work while growing your personal brand. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
