PwC in Hyderabad is seeking an SAP DSD professional with 5–15 years of hands-on experience to support Direct Store Delivery and Last Mile distribution. The role involves leading a managed services team, working in rotational shifts, and coordinating with client stakeholders across a multi-vendor setup.

Candidate should be proficient in SAP SD, LMD, Vansales, and S/4HANA functionalities, with ability to manage SLAs and drive process improvements within Make To Order and related sales processes.

Qualificações

• 5–15 years of hands-on SAP SD experience in support or implementation.
• Experience in SAP Last Mile Distribution (LMD) and Vansales.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA functions including BP, CCM and BRF+ Output.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Managed Services team and provide status updates to clients on incidents and changes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage incident, change and problem management.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams in a 2nd shift environment (2pm–11pm IST).
• Engage with client stakeholders and manage multi-vendor discussions.
• Support/Implementation experience in S/4HANA and related business processes such as MTO, MTS.

Position: SAP DSD Direct Store Delivery

Experience Required: 5-15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Work Timing: Rotational Shifts (2 To 11)

Must Have:

1) Must have experience in SAP DSD Direct store Delivery

2) Experience in SAP last mile Distribution LMD

3) Vansale

• 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience on the SD module in Support/implementation projects
• Extensive Knowledge on LMD/DSD presales and vansales scenarios.
• Well versed with LMD/DSD settlement process
• Expertise in ITSM process, managed the large team of OTC workstream, set the example for the team.
• Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management
• Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
• Lead the Managed Services team, provide status reports to clients on daily incidents/changes/service requests.
• Good Experience in Stakeholders management. Experience in working multi vendor setup and leading the discussion with client stakeholders.
• Experience in Hybrid ways of working
• Support/Implementation experience should be in S/4 HANA
• Thorough understanding of business process Make To Order (MTO), Make To Stock (MTS), Consignment, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Rebates, Credit Management, Billing Plans, Shipment etc.
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA functionalities – Business Partner, Advance ATP (AATP), Condition Contract and Settlement Management (CCM), BRF+ Output Management etc.
• Good knowledge of Contract & Sales Order Processing, Delivery Execution, Invoicing, pricing procedures, taxes etc.
