Job summary

GyanSys Inc. in Bengaluru, India seeks an SAP SD Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, support, and enhancements.

You will drive OTC processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, deliveries, and cross-functional integrations. Responsibilities include configuring SD, preparing functional specs, conducting UAT, training users, and supporting migrations and rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SD consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in OTC processes including Output Management, Delivery Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, Intercompany Sales.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI and SD integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and propose SAP SD solutions aligned with processes.
• Configure SAP SD functionalities and support end-to-end OTC processes.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams for developments.
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support incident management and root cause analysis; gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in implementations, rollouts, migrations and post-go-live support.
• Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.

Job description

GyanSys is seeking a skilled SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, pricing, billing, delivery, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with business processes.
• Configure and support SAP SD functionalities including:

Deliveries & Shipping

Billing & Invoicing

Credit Management

Returns & Rebate Processing

• Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation.
