Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru is seeking SAP support professionals to provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, analyze incidents, and perform RCA for recurring issues. You will coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve production issues and ensure documentation is up to date.

Responsibilities include on-call support during critical periods, adherence to ITIL processes, and collaboration with business users and transport management systems.

Qualifications

• Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

Support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance including e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, tax compliance, electronic document processing, and regulatory updates. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve production issues. Must have DRC

• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
• Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
