Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP ECC Production Support Specialist to deliver L1.5/ L2/L3 support for SAP ECC modules across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and FSCM components.

You will analyze incidents, perform RCA, and ensure fixes align with ITIL processes while coordinating with business and technical teams. In this role you will participate in testing (UT, SIT, UAT), support deployments, and maintain functional/technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP ECC production support.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Experience in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Ability to prepare and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support R2R processes across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center and FSCM components.
• Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Handle service requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure ITIL compliance for Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
• Support testing activities including UT, SIT, and UAT.
• Ability to work in shifts supporting multiple regional support throughout India.

• Support Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting, and FSCM components such as Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.
• Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, and month-end support.
• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
