Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru is seeking a SAP GTS Support professional to deliver L1–L3 production support for SAP ECC applications. The role covers incident resolution, RCA, documentation, and on-call support to ensure smooth operations across regional teams.

The candidate will collaborate with business users, functional and technical teams, while adhering to ITIL processes and supporting testing cycles (UT/SIT/UAT). Shift-based coverage is required for multi-region support.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP GTS processes including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Preference Processing, SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, and integration with ECC logistics processes.
• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
• Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
