Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies seeks an experienced SAP DRC Consultant to design, implement, and configure SAP DRC solutions with a focus on SAP BTP and Indian e-invoicing compliance. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and seamless integration.

You will lead workshops, map data, configure DRC on S/4HANA and ECC, develop country-specific reports, and coordinate with external compliance tools to meet India’s e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP experience, with expertise in SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and e-invoicing compliance.
• Experience with SAP ACR and its evolution into SAP DRC.
• Familiarity with India-specific e-invoicing regulations.
• Hands-on experience with EDI and external compliance tools (Excelon, Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC Consultant to participate in the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and e-invoicing compliance, particularly in the Indian regulatory landscape.

This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with e-reporting requirements and configuring SAP DRC for seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Business Analysis :

• Analyze business needs and assess SAP DRC module coverage.
• Propose end-to-end SAP DRC solutions aligned with legal and business requirements.
• Provide detailed workload estimations for implementation.

Implementation & Configuration :

• Lead design workshops, including data mapping and compliance requirements.
• Implement and configure SAP DRC on S/4HANA and ECC instances.
• Develop country-specific customized reports using the SAP DRC module.
• Ensure compliance with Indian e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations.

Integration & Testing :

• Integrate SAP DRC with external e-invoicing and compliance tools (Excelon, Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos, etc.).
• Work on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for compliance reporting.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure smooth implementation.

Support & Documentation :

• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on SAP DRC setup, integration, and workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP DRC technologies and industry trends.

Collaboration & Compliance :

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand regulatory needs and drive effective solutions.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, particularly in India.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6+ years of SAP experience with expertise in SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and e-invoicing compliance.
• Experience with SAP ACR (Advanced Compliance Reporting) and its evolution into SAP DRC.
• Prior experience in implementing SAP DRC solutions and e-invoicing compliance setup.
• Familiarity with India-specific e-invoicing and compliance regulations.
• Hands-on experience with EDI and external compliance tools (Excelon, Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Knowledge of tax reporting, GST, and e-way bills in India.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
