Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC in India seeks an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP DM implementations, rollouts, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and shop-floor systems.

You will collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders, solution architects, and IT teams to translate business needs into SAP DM designs, configure solutions, and support production rollouts across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (SAP DM) implementations and rollouts.
• Ability to gather and analyze manufacturing requirements and translate them into SAP DM configurations.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP DM integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and shop-floor systems.

• Participate in end-to-end SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations.

• Conduct workshops with manufacturing, production, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and IT stakeholders.

• Prepare functional and technical design documents.
• Configure Manufacturing Processes including production order execution, shop-floor operations, work instructions, material consumption, production confirmation, goods movement, resource and work center management, quality-related processes, non-conformance handling, production reporting, operator activities.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing process design across ERP and shop-floor systems.
• Analyze the global template and identify country/site-specific requirements.
• Perform site assessment and gap analysis.
• Configure SAP DM for new manufacturing plants/sites.
• Coordinate master-data readiness and migration activities.
• Support site-specific integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and shop-floor systems.
• Prepare rollout-specific configuration and functional documentation.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (SAP DM) Techno-Functional Consultant to participate in SAP Digital Manufacturing implementation, rollout, integration, enhancement, and production support projects.

The consultant will work closely with manufacturing business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, solution architects, integration teams, and technical teams to design and implement digital manufacturing solutions connecting SAP S/4HANA or ECC with shop-floor systems, machines, automation platforms, and other enterprise applications.

The role requires a combination of manufacturing process knowledge, SAP Digital Manufacturing configuration, integration expertise, troubleshooting, and implementation/rollout experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Digital Manufacturing Implementation

Participate in end-to-end SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations.
