Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a SAP DM Consultant with 9+ years of experience to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing projects. The role involves configuring SAP ME/MII, integrating with S/4HANA, and driving end-to-end implementations including data migration, testing, and go-live support.

You will work on IoT-enabled manufacturing solutions, collaborate with clients, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP ME/MII experience with 3+ years in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).
• At least 1 full SAP DMC implementation.
• Expertise in SAP DMC site setup, shop floor execution, PODs, data collection, genealogy, and S/4HANA integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PM modules.
• Experience with IoT, cloud-based manufacturing solutions, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Excellent consulting, documentation, and business process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations across industries from blueprint to go-live and support.
• Configure and customize SAP ME/MII modules for production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES systems for seamless operations and develop optimized workflows.
• Drive full project lifecycle including data migration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct training workshops for end-users and IT teams and monitor system performance for improvements.

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutLead SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations across diverse industries.Configure and customize SAP ME/MII modules for production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management.Integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES systems for seamless operations.Develop optimized workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Drive full project lifecycle: blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.Conduct training workshops for end-users and IT teams.Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.Stay updated on SAP DM innovations, IoT, and Industry 4.0 trends.ions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.

Technical and Professional Requirements
