• PMO leadership for integration and implementation programs; steering committee reporting and escalation management.

Job description

We are looking for anexperienced Project Manager – SAP Cloud Applications to lead end-to-end SAPS/4HANA implementation, migration, and support engagements for our SAPpractice. The role combines project management ownership with solutionarchitecture responsibility across SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise and Public Cloud),SAP ECC, and SAP Business ByDesign. The person will manage delivery timelines,own the solution architecture blueprint, act as PMO lead across concurrentdomestic and international engagements, and lead a team of S/4HANA consultants.

Theideal candidate brings deep functional depth in Sales & Distribution (SD),Materials Management (MM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM), paired withstrong client-facing project leadership.

KeyResponsibilities

1.Delivery Leadership

• End-to-end delivery ownership – own project delivery for SAPS/4HANA implementation, migration, and AMS (Application Management Services)engagements, from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Architecturalalignment – lead architecturalalignment during complex transformation programs, including company codemergers, system consolidations, and multi-entity rollouts.
• Blueprint ownership – own the end-to-end solutionarchitecture blueprint for SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring design consistencyacross business processes.
• Architecturalgovernance – provide high-levelarchitectural governance across SD, SCM, and Sourcing & Procurement workstreams.
• Process-to-goalalignment – ensure the S/4HANA Cloudprocurement and business process framework aligns with the client's corporatebusiness goals.
• Solution designleadership – lead solution design forSales & Distribution, SCM, and Sourcing & Procurement in S/4HANA PublicCloud environments.

3. PMO& Governance

• PMO leadership – act as PMO Lead for integration and implementationprograms across domestic and international projects.
• Governance structures – establish and run project governancestructures, including steering committee reporting, status tracking, andescalation management.
• Process streamlining – analyze existing workflows to streamlinebusiness processes and enable client teams to operate independently postgo-live.

4. TeamLeadership

• Team management – manage and mentor a team of SAP S/4HANA consultantsdelivering domestic and international projects.
• Capability building – build delivery capability across theteam through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured upskilling.

5.Stakeholder Engagement

• Primary clientcontact – serve as the primary pointof contact for client stakeholders on project status, risks, and architecturaldecisions.
• Executivepresentations – present solutions,project updates, and business cases to senior client and internal leadership.
