Vriti in India is seeking an experienced SAP CRM functional consultant to lead On-Premise implementation projects for the SAP CRM Service module. You will gather business requirements, configure functionalities, and prepare specifications for technical teams, driving successful deliveries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand service processes, provide functional guidance, support testing, and ensure milestones are met while transitioning requirements to technical implementations.

Formación

• Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
• Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module.
• Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation.
• Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered if they have prior SAP CRM On-Premise experience.

• Provide functional guidance to the project team and support end-to-end implementationactivities.
• Assist with issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
• Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module.
• Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation.
• Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate withtechnical teams.
• Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they haveprevious hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transitionback to it.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities.
