Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise implementation projects. Gather and analyze business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module. Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities to meet business requirements. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for requireddevelopments. Work with business stakeholders to understand service processes and recommendsuitable SAP CRM solutions. Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptancetesting (UAT). Provide functional guidance to the project team and support end-to-end implementationactivities. Assist with issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
• Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module.
• Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation.
• Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate withtechnical teams.
• Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they haveprevious hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transitionback to it. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities.
