Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India seeks an SAP CS Consultant to gather requirements, configure SAP Service Management in SAP S/4HANA, and design service-related modules including orders, contracts, quotations, warranties, and field service integration.

They will perform fit-gap analyses, prepare functional specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD/MM/PM/FI-CO. SIT/UAT and end-user training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Service Management processes.
• Configure SAP Service Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and implement Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Quotations, Warranty Management.
