Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP CPI developer to design, build, and manage data flows and APIs on the SAP Business Technology Platform. The role emphasizes integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, secure data transport, and mapping processes between enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of CPI experience, hands-on API and data transformation skills, and a track record of end-to-end CPI implementations.

Qualifications

• Designing and deploying custom Integration Flows (iFlows) and interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with standard APIs, data transformations, REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and HTTP adapters.
• Proficiency in message mapping, XSLT, and scripting languages such as Groovy Script or Java.
• Configuration of authentication (OAuth, SAML), certificate-based communication, and secure tunneling with the SAP Cloud Connector.
• A minimum requirement of 2 to 3 end-to-end (E2E) implementations is heavily preferred, as is prior involvement in SAP PI/PO to CPI migrations.
• Strong knowledge of incident tracking (SLAs) and authoring Technical Design documents from functional specifications.

Responsibilities
