Job summary

Whitefield Careers is seeking an experienced SAP CPI specialist to design, develop, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite in a Bangalore-based hybrid role.

You will build iFlows, implement REST/SOAP integrations, manage API workflows, and contribute to CI/CD and operational runbooks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on SAP Integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration) including iFlow design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON configurations, and HTTP-based integrations.
• Experience in customer support, ticketing, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba/Signavio, CI/CD practices, scripting (Python/Groovy), and integration monitoring.
• Understanding of Process Mining, AI/LLM workflows, and strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration).
• Configure and implement REST, HTTP, and SOAP-based integrations with SAP and third-party applications.
• Develop and manage API integrations using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
• Handle customer support activities, incident management, and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
• Optimize integration performance and ensure high availability and reliability of integration solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and automate deployment processes for integration artifacts.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Support integration monitoring, alert management, and proactive issue resolution.
