Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites applications for the SAP CPI Consultant role to be based in Bangalore. The candidate will drive SAP CPI implementations, with emphasis on SuccessFactors integrations such as Employee Central, Performance, and Learning modules.

Strong design-pattern understanding and data transformation skills are essential. Proficiency in SOAP/REST/OData and SAP BTP Cockpit activities is required, with knowledge of APIs, data models, and security.

Qualifications

• SAP CPI certification is preferred with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in SAP CPI, with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
• Solid understanding of integration design patterns and data transformation techniques.
• Expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Cockpit Activities (Tenant Setup).
• Proficient in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData.
• Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, data models and security frameworks.
• Experience with Dell Boomi integration technology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
