Job summary

GSPANN is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant/Architect to drive ALM initiatives across SAP landscapes. This role focuses on SAP Cloud ALM implementation, monitoring, testing, release management, and integration with S/4HANA and BTP environments.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, define ALM governance, and develop dashboards and KPIs while coordinating with global teams and stakeholders. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years in SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong understanding of SAP Application Lifecycle Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate Methodology.
• Experience in test management, release and deployment management.
• Exposure to monitoring (business, integration, health) and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM for programs and transformation initiatives.
• Configure requirements, tasks, test management, deployment, and release processes.
• Set up Business Process Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Health Monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define ALM governance and best practices.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and enhancement projects.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP BTP and other solutions.
• Analyze incidents and performance issues to ensure operational stability.
• Provide guidance on SAP Activate methodology and project delivery standards.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for project tracking.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for SAP programs and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and manage Requirements, Tasks, Test Management, Deployment, and Release Management processes.
• Set up and maintain Business Process Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Health Monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define ALM governance and best practices.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP BTP and other SAP/non-SAP solutions.
• Analyze incidents, alerts, and system performance issues to ensure operational stability.
• Provide guidance on SAP Activate methodology and project delivery standards.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for project and operational tracking.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years in SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong understanding of SAP Application Lifecycle Management processes.
