Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP BW developer to lead end-to-end BW development and enhancement initiatives. The role involves ABAP-based data extraction from S/4HANA and defining BW architecture with best practices.

The candidate will guide developers, review designs, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure SDLC adherence. Strong analytical thinking and clear stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP BW development experience.
• Experience with SAP BW ABAP and data extraction from S/4HANA.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Hands on - Experience in endtoend SAP BW development and enhancement initiatives, SAP BW/S4HANA Upgrade experience is a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW ABAP, extractor enhancements and data extraction from S/4 HANA.
• Define BW architecture, data modelling standards, and development best practices
• Provide technical guidance to developers and review design & code deliverables
• Participate in requirement discussions with business and functional teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, transport management, and documentation standards
• Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and production issue resolution
• Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, ownershipdriven mindset
• Understanding of change management, testing processes, team management, status reporting, development plan/estimation
