Requirement for Senior SAP BW Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP BW development and enhancement initiatives.
• Perform hands-on development using SAP BW ABAP and enhance BW extractors for efficient data extraction.
• Develop and support data extraction solutions from SAP S/4HANA.
• Define and maintain BW architecture, data modeling standards, and development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and review solution designs, technical specifications, and code deliverables.
• Participate in requirement discussions with business and functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective SAP BW technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, transport management, development, and documentation standards.
• Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production issue resolution.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP BW technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support SAP BW/S4HANA upgrade initiatives where required.
• Work with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of BW solutions.
• Manage development activities, technical estimations, development plans, and delivery timelines.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring, status reporting, and technical coordination.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support change management and follow established testing and release processes.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and ABAP CDS.

Experience providing technical guidance and performing design/code reviews.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical SAP BW solutions.

Strong experience with SDLC, transport management, testing, and documentation standards.

Experience supporting Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production issue resolution.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and provide technical direction.
