Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a SAP BW4Hana Developer/Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery within the IM Performance Management domain. You will model data, develop reports, and collaborate with Europe-based PM and Service Lines to drive transformation through analytics.

The role requires strong SAP BW4HANA/BPC/Analytics Cloud expertise, data modeling, and agile working experience; you will contribute to a global dashboard ecosystem and ensure data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling, integration, quality, and management across multiple sources.
• Experience in HANA modelling, SAP BW4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud and CDS views integration.
• Strong knowledge of visualization tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, WebFOCUS) and a user-centric approach.
• Experience with BW Queries and complex finance reporting.
• Working in Scrum/Agile environments and collaborative teamwork.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with diverse audiences.
• Learning agility, curiosity and an independent, innovative mindset.
• Programming knowledge (SQL, JavaScript, ABAP) would be a plus.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into IT requirements for Performance Management initiatives.
• Act as data modeller and report/application developer in SAP landscape.
• Collaborate with Product & Service Lines and PM/IM teams to converge requirements.
• Support and enhance the IM Performance Dashboard and related data visualization solutions.
• Drive data quality, cleansing and refinement of datasets for analytics.

SAP BW4Hana Developer Technology Analyst

Description IM within Airbus is a Transnational Organisation mirroring the Industrial landscape. IM is currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation programme focussing on Product and Technology Service teams with an end-to-end (E2E) accountability and full responsibility for the value proposition. We are looking for a Business Analyst, who is the Business Interface to the IM Performance Management teams in Europe. You act as a bridge and as a strategic interface with Performance Management to translate the needs into IT requirements and proactively identify opportunities of business transformation or improvement enabled by technology. On top, you act as Data Modeller and/or Report/Application Developer. For both activities, you will have a strong collaboration (reusing, consolidating & driving convergence) with the Product & ServiceLines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in an area such as information technology, applied mathematics, engineering, or big data related field, Overall Experience - 4-8years Experience with data modeling, integration, quality, and management - combining independent sources to create a more complete view, Experience in working with HANA Modelling, SAP BW4HANA , SAP BPC, SAP analytics cloud and Extraction with CDS views and skywise Integration experience between SAP B4Hana and IBM PA Experience in working with BW Queries and creating complex finance reporting.
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Sap Analytic Cloud, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, WebFOCUS etc.) and User Centric approach (UI/UX)
• Knowledge of database technology (eg. SQL, SAP BW, SAP BW4HANA)
• Working experience in Scrum Computing and an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Devops, Continuous Integration or similar)
• Team player and collaborative mindset
• Stakeholder management - excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills
• Learning agility, curiosity and creativity, independence of mind and innovative "out of the box" mindset
• Ability to work autonomously
• Programming knowledge (SQL, Java Script, ABAP) would be a plus

• Organise link with Data Viz & Big Data Analytics CoC domain counterparts in order to identify and fulfil new business needs
• Ensure the run for Data Visualisation Solutions especially the IM Performance Dashboard
• Manage change request or new requirements for the IM Performance Dashboard
• Ensures the continual cleansing, refinement and of specified data sets for analytical purposes.You must be able to identify the data to be cleansed and the refinement axis (ie. Fields to be added / edited / removed).
• You are also responsible for extraction of data in line with a specific request.
• Responsible for expanding the MDM (Master Data Management) repository model and managing the hierarchies and relationships of reference and master data.
• The position will have to drive the design of multiple applications at the same time.
• Global consistency has to be ensured and a transverse strategy has to be implemented in that way.
