Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited seeks a Lead Technology Analyst - Native HANA to join the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning. You will work on SAP Native HANA development, analytics, and data products to support the Aerospace supply chain.

The role involves deep technical architecture, performance optimization and collaboration with European customers in an international, distributed team using agile methods.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 8–10 years of Native HANA Development experience.
• Knowledge in SAP ABAP or SAPUI5 is a plus.
• Experience with code versioning tools like Hanastudio, Web IDE, GitHub.
• Strong data visualization skills (SAC, Qlik) and knowledge of analytics tools like Skywise, PySpark, Python, Foundry.

Responsibilities

• As an expert SAP Native HANA Specialist, define and suggest best practices and golden rules for daily operations of Digital Applications.
• Work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team using an agile mindset and methodology.
• Develop applications effectively throughout their lifecycle, ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvements; conduct code auditing.
• Provide development, design and peer-review support; manage production changes and Hypercare.

ERP CoE Logistics and Planning is responsible for providing digital applications to the operators in the Production, Warehouse and Transport Distribution Business Functions. Consequently, the Analytics and Data Product Team provides Analytics Applications & Structured Data for Airbus Supply Chain & Logistics. Qualification & Experience

Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA Development. Good to have knowledge in SAP ABAP or SAPUI5 Experience in working with code versioning => notes internes Hanastudio , Web IDE, GIT Hub Performance Monitoring on SAP HANA Good Knowledge on HANA Objects ( Table Functions , SQL, CV, Database Procedure, ...) Data visualization (SAC , Qlik…). Knowledge on other Products/Tools on Analytics or Data products (e.g. Skywise, Pyspark,Python, Ontology, Foundry) would be an added advantage. Architecture global knowledge: SAP backbone, data exchange patterns Development knowledge: Pyspark, python, SQL, java Foundry: Pipeline engineering tools and best practices (code repositories, pipeline builder, ontology manager, markings) Understanding the data produced and consumed by the app. Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

Responsibilities

As an expert SAP Native HANA Specialist, he/she should understand business processes, Data Layer and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest best practices and Golden rules for daily operations of Digital Applications. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing. The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi‑functional team; using an agile mind‑set and methodology.

Accountabilities

Develop the applications effectively throughout its lifecycle, maintain business continuity and ensure compliance with regulations. Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
