YASH Technologies Middle East is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Administrator to join our Hyderabad operations. The role involves administering SAP BTP environments for multiple customers, managing SAC and Datasphere tasks, and providing 24/7 support across time zones.

You will work in a fast-paced, global, distributed environment, focusing on security, incident management, and proactive system health monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on SAP BTP Administrator experience.
• Experience with SAC and Datasphere administration.
• Experience with Document Management Service setup and administration.
• Strong cloud security, identity management, and access controls.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Understanding of incident and change management processes.
• Experience with ticketing and documentation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player in a global distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAP BTP environments across multiple customer accounts
• Manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administrative tasks, including user provisioning, security, and performance optimization

• Provide technical support to customers in a 24/7 shift rotation model

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud connectors and integrations
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles

Working Environment

• Shift Support: 24/7 shift rotation model (may include nights, weekends, and holidays), includes 7-10 days of night shift per month

Preferred Qualifications
