• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP BTP Administrator to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for administering and managing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments while providing 24/7 support to multiple customers across different time zones. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain SAP BTP environments across multiple customer accounts
• Manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administrative tasks, including user provisioning, security, and performance optimization

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Technical Skills

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience as a SAP BTP Administrator
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administration
• Experience with Document Management Service setup and administration
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access controls
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud connectors and integrations

Certifications & Knowledge

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles
• Understanding of incident and change management processes
• Experience with ticketing and documentation systems
