You will troubleshoot ETL processes, monitor batch jobs, resolve prod errors, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for production support during shifts (24x7).

Qualifications

• SAP BODS client tools with basic hands-on on Windows, Unix, shell scripts.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and Informatica IICS.
• Able to support daily, monthly and quarterly loads with change implementation.
• Monitoring tools like ESP, Autosys is a plus; hands-on experience with SNOW or other ticketing tools.
• Strong understanding of project architecture and production incident handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data issues and prepare RCA documents when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Troubleshoot and monitor ETL processes; resolve production job errors.
• Provide production support and incident management for production environments.
• Mentor team members and adapt to project requirements; participate in shifts (24x7).

Job description

• - Looking for a candidate with strong knowledge on data warehousing concepts and SQL.
• - Should have proficiency in troubleshooting the ETL processes, monitoring the batch jobs, resolving the Prod job errors.
• - Do a complete analysis and come up with RCA document on need basis.
• - Work with internal stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, collaborate with the development team, providing support for critical production issues.
• - Should have knowledge of incident management, Change Management process.
• - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve the issues.
• - Work individually in Production environment.
