SAP BI Architect – ECC to S/4HANA Migration

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished SAP BI Architect with proven expertise in ECC to S/4HANA migration and strong experience in managing enterprise-scale customers and technical teams. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end BI transformation journey, ensure seamless data migration, integration, and performance optimization while aligning with business objectives and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP BI architecture design and migration from ECC to S/4HANA, including strategy, planning, and execution.
Define and implement data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions leveraging SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, and other BI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to align BI solutions with enterprise data strategies.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Manage and mentor BI teams, ensuring delivery excellence, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices.
Partner with enterprise customers to define data and reporting needs, provide solution recommendations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system integration for BI and analytics solutions on S/4HANA.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and audit standards.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in SAP BI/BW architecture, with at least 2+ full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), HANA Modelling, and ABAP for BW.
Experience integrating SAP BI with S/4HANA, Fiori, and third-party analytics platforms.
Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and reporting using SAP and non-SAP data sources.
Proven track record of managing teams and enterprise clients, handling large-scale BI implementations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in global delivery models.
