Job description

Customization & Development

• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, SQL, or SAP B1 SDK.
• In Crystal reporting – Sub report, Crossed Tab report, Standard Report)
• SAP database validation.
• Create or modify forms, fields, and validations using UI API or DI API. Write queries and stored procedures for automation and performance tuning.

Integration

• Integrate SAP B1 with third-party systems like e-commerce, CRM, or custom apps via SAP B1 Integration Framework or web services.

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., add-on crashes, slow performance).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to resolve end-user problems.
• Documentation & Training
• Create technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
• Train end-users or in-house IT teams on custom features.

• Technical Implementation
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP B1 software and related components.
• Assist with system upgrades and patches.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of SAP B1 architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and C# or VB.NET.
