Job Description: SAP B1 Executive

The SAP B1 Executive will play a crucial role in managing SAP B1 operations within the organization. This position involves leveraging functional knowledge of SAP B1 to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to users. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional knowledge of SAP B1.
• Knowledge of SQL (Intermediate / Advanced).
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports (Optional).
• Proficiency in MS‑Office.
• Manage SAP day‑to‑day operations and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Work on approval processes, alerts, FMS, and stored procedures.
• Well‑versed in SAP B1 modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Business Partner Master Data, Production, and Accounts.
• Provide support, assistance, and training to users.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Gather feedback from teams and assist the SAP team in implementing it in SAP through approval.
