Job summary

Infosys is seeking an SAP Ariba Functional SME to join its consulting team in India. The role focuses on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, cutover, and go-live, with integration to ECC or S/4HANA. You will manage day-to-day SAP Ariba support, conduct defect analysis, and resolve interface issues.

You will work independently, lead small project teams, and contribute to solution design, demonstrations, and client workshops while staying current with SAP Ariba trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in SAP Ariba implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, fit-gap, configuration, customization, cutover, go-live).
• Integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong day-to-day SAP Ariba support experience.
• Defect analysis and resolution of support incidents.
• Identify and resolve interface issues.
• Ability to work independently and lead others.
• Proficient in SAP Ariba modules: Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba projects and delivery activities.
• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Configure and customize SAP Ariba per design specifications.
• Coordinate cutover, testing, and go-live activities.
• Identify and resolve interface issues and defects.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba and related processes.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
