Job summary

Capgemini, acting as Employer of Record for Farmers operations, seeks an SAP Data Analyst who turns raw data into actionable business insights within SAP environments.

You will work with SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud to optimize performance and support executive decisions. Flexible remote/office-based arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience across HANA and data warehousing.
• Strong SQL skills with Python and ELT frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BTP services.
• Experience integrating cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure).
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications
• Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT
• Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications
• Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Validates suppliers estimates
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components
• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required
• Query SAP modules (such as SAP HANA, SAP BW, or SAP S/4HANA) to pull and compile actionable business datasets.
• Maintain, audit, and update system master data to ensure accuracy across cross-functional enterprise systems
• Transform raw SAP metrics into visual insights using enterprise tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Investigate system anomalies, data drift, and data quality issues, implementing fixes to prevent operational disruptions.

• Familiarity with integrating cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure).
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Reporting
