Job summary

Capgemini powers Farmers operations as Employer of Record for FBS, enabling SAP data analytics across global teams. The SAP Data Analyst role bridges data and business operations, extracting actionable insights from SAP environments to optimize performance and drive executive decisions.

You will work on data Warehousing, SAP HANA/S/4HANA, and BI tools while collaborating across a dynamic, multicultural team in a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and optimizing SAP data warehouses.
• Ability to extract insights to support executive decisions.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level expertise in design and functionality of business applications.
• Understands business objectives and how IT supports them.
• Responsible for conceptual and detailed technical design reviews with suppliers.
• Performs quality checks on project deliverables and validates estimates.
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across components.
• Supports implementation activities and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Query SAP modules (HANA, BW, S/4HANA) to compile datasets for insights.
• Transform SAP metrics into visual insights using Power BI, Tableau, or SAC.
• Maintain master data accuracy across cross-functional enterprise systems.

An SAP Data Analyst bridges the gap between raw data and business operations. They manage, extract, and interpret data within SAP environments to optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications
• Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT
• Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications
• Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Validates suppliers estimates
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components
• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required
• Query SAP modules (such as SAP HANA, SAP BW, or SAP S/4HANA) to pull and compile actionable business datasets.
• Maintain, audit, and update system master data to ensure accuracy across cross‑functional enterprise systems
• Transform raw SAP metrics into visual insights using enterprise tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Investigate system anomalies, data drift, and data quality issues, implementing fixes to prevent operational disruptions.

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)
• Proficiency in SQL, with additional knowledge of Python and ELT frameworks.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
• Familiarity with integrating cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure).
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Reporting
