About the job SAP ABAP with HCM Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP ABAP solutions for HCM (HR) modules.
• Develop Module Pool based user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and debug SAP environments; provide effective problem resolution.
• Apply ABAP 7.4+ syntax and features.
• Develop Function Modules and Remote Function Calls (RFCs).
• Design and implement various SAP interface technologies.
• Perform data migration activities using LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench).
• Work with RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
• Solid understanding of ALE (Application Link Enabling) and IDoc (Intermediate Document) framework.
• Engage in cross-application development scenarios in SAP.
• Develop and implement technical specifications.
• Understand functional specifications; develop and implement program objects.
• Perform unit testing and support other forms of testing.
• Support functional consultants in designing solutions for identified gaps.
• Good to have knowledge of S/4HANA and latest SAP technologies.
