Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions across various business processes.
• Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Create and optimize programs using ABAP 7.4 syntax and best practices.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot SAP Workflow solutions.
• Develop and maintain SAP Web Dynpro applications.
• Configure, develop, and support ALE/IDoc interfaces, including mapping and troubleshooting.
• Build and enhance applications using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) for SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver project requirements.
• Participate in system integrations and support SAP BTP-related development and integration activities.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP Programming.
• Extensive experience in RICEF Development.
• Proficiency in ABAP 7.4 Syntax and modern ABAP development practices.
• Expertise in SAP Workflow Design, Development, and Implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Web Dynpro Applications.
• Strong knowledge of ALE/IDoc Configuration, Development, Mapping, and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) for SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working on SBTPAP BTP Integration topics.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
• Experience with SAP development tools and enhancement frameworks.
• Exposure to SAP integration and cloud technologies.
• Experience working in global delivery environments and cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
