Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a SAP ABAP-HR developer to design, develop, and support custom ABAP-HR programs. You will collaborate with functional HR consultants and business users to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

You will create HR-specific reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms; maintain and troubleshoot ABAP-HR developments; ensure code quality and documentation; and support system testing, performance tuning, and go-live activities

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing SAP ABAP-HR programs.
• Ability to gather requirements from HR consultants and users.
• Develop HR reports, interfaces, conversions, forms.
• Troubleshoot ABAP-HR developments and maintain code quality.
• Experience integrating SAP HR with payroll or attendance systems.
• Participate in testing and go-live support.
